Soza fortress (Bug? w/ spoiler)

Hi!

I've been playing JA:F (v1.1.2) couple of days now, and I have faced somewhat a strange issue. I picked up a note(code) from Pablo at K11 to access underground level. Sadly though, the code isn't working. Have I missed something? I heard from this place earlier at Mad thunder(I think). Should I just continue the storyline and get access code somewhere else?

Comments are much appreciated. Is this a bug or am I too drunk?

As I have played all JA versions, incl. v113, I also wanted to explore San Hermanos from side to side. Sadly I'm stuck right now and I kinda don't wanna move on yet. Hopefully there's a solution to this and I can complete the game and explore the island completely. And even though I have been able to play the game as far as I have now, I think it's better to wait the next patch before starting a new game, since there's some minor bugs(most of them already posted here it seems) that I'd like to have fixed first. 

And what comes to looting issues some ppl have mentioned here(only few bullets, weapons and kits dropped from enemies), here's my comment on those:

I noticed that there's a huge variance of dropped items. At some point I had to buy all ammunition to be able to move on. Now, when I have conquered almost every sector, I get a lot of ammo, guns and other drops. So perhaps this has something to do with the computational functions between time played, saved games, experience gained and all that. Maybe bigbrother will comment this more.
